Spring Realty, Inc. was founded in 1976 and has been privately held, independent, and unfettered by outside investors. With our sole office in Shorewood, IL, we are perhaps one of few boutique brokerages in the area. Although we are but one office, we are far from alone. Joliet’s native, Mark attributes becoming a real estate agent through his various moves since he was a child. He moved over 25 times until he settled back in Joliet.

When Mark isn’t working, he stays fit by swimming in Inwood and in the evening, he loves eating out with his wife, attend music concerts or squeezing in a round of golf.
